Went out for a lil fun fishing today..
My buddy and I managed about 14-17 fish for the day and the headliner was this

We got all the fish on drop-shot roboworms from 5 to 35 feet of water..
From the looks of this fish, these females are just about ready to go!

LOL..Thats just what on the deck..
Also reason being is that I like to be "ready" when those fish up these decide to chase the shad or trout so I have my under-spins/tailspins rigged up and ready as well as trout swimbaits and such..

Lastly, I am loving these Phenix Rods so much I can't get enough of them<<<<< Shameless plug

Thanks alot everyone..In regards to the Stripers, no signs at all..
I didn't even see to many Striper fisherman or trollers out there yesterday and it was a great day weather wise..
Hopefully soon, EVERYTHING will pop open..

We should be back out there soon.. We just been MIA because we need to spend more time pre-fishing and such. I have been reading your reports and it appears that things are picking up and should be WFO soon..
Have they cleaned up that main road yet or do we still have to drive thru that "New Jersey/Philly" style pothole infested campground route?
