Hey all,
The streak continues of unskunked outings to LNL. My day began early up at 4am in the car at 4:20 and at the lake at 4:45. Sat in the car and set up for an hour then hit the lake. We fished all day from the launch ramp for only 1 emerald trout at about 2 lbs. All day I threw Gulp!, powerworms, power eggs, salmon eggs, nightcrawlers, and every other bait in my box. Around 2 my uncle starts to talk about leaving, I was upset having to take my 1st skunk, so i decided I should throw some lure and see what happens. About 15 minutes later I get an absolute WHAMOOOO!!!!! Fish on and fighting like a shark. After a thrilling fight I land this beast. It weighed 11.5 lbs, was 28.5 in. long, and had a 19 in. gerth. It was quite a fish. The day seemed to be horrible, but turned great in an instant. Fishing was difficult for most shore fisherman only catching maybe 1 or 2. LNL delievers again!!! Enjoy the pics

I've seen you and you dad on the website from last year. You guy catch alot of trout. I've seen them. I still haven't gotten my 1st double digit bow at LNL yet. They are out there and i WILL catch one. LNL Has stocked more 10+lb bows than any other year. It's great. Awsome report man.Congradulations.Awsome report, good times

Anyway Chivo thanks for the compliments and im sure you will get your 1st double digit trout, I always look forward to seeing your posts from LNL since this trip was my first of the year.. Actually my uncle is the guy always in those pics on the websight and different posts. Sorry for not being specific.. Tight Lines

Oh, sorry bout that. I made a little video that i just posted in the photo section. Check it out. It's my trout of the year. I'm gonna be out a few more times this year, than i'll be looking for the panfish. Anyways great report. Hit me up next time your going to be out there, maybe i can get some tips from you.

Nice job on the trout at LNL yesterday... Im sure that fishing will be real good in about 2 weeks after the next stocking and I will probably get down there and nail them. pm me when you think that you are going..
