SOME OF YOU ALREADY KNOW IT'S BEEN HARD FOR ME TO HIT THE WATER FOR THE PAST YEAR BECAUSE OF MY TWIN BOYS WELL I FINALLY GOT THE GREEN LIGHT TODAY TO PROWL... SAW THE REGULARS, DID SOME SHOOTING IN THE MORNING THEN FISHING IN THE AFTERNOON, WAS A NASTY DAY TODAY< WINDY, COLD, MISERABLE, AND GREAT TO BE OUT ON THE WATER AGAIN!!!... LOL ARRRRRRRGGGG!!!! BITE WAS SLOW UNTIL THE AFTERNOON WHEN I PULLED OUT TWO DOUBLE DIGITS... 2nd CAST< ON A JERKIT, BAMN! BEAST ON... GOT HIM TO SURFACE WITH NO NET ON 2lb TEST, GOT HIM TO ROLL OVER ON HIS SIDE AND I STUCK MY WHOLE HAND THROUGH HIS GILLS AND PULLED HIM UP.... ENDED UP BEING 17lbs I WEIGHED LATER IN THE DAY.... THEN I CUT OFF ABOUT 10 FEET OF LINE AFTER THE BATTLE, 1ST CAST< JERKIT< BAMNN!!! DEJAVU ALL OVER AGAIN THIS TIME CHRIS CAME WITH THE NET HE KNEW I WAS TIRED... LMAO ..2nd ONE ENDED UP BEING 15lbs. SAW JERKIT TONY OFF AND ON THROUGHOUT THE DAY NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN TONY AND HANGOUT... MET SOME NICE PEOPLE AT THE RANGE AS WELL... KEPT CRAZY DAVE WITH PLAY BY PLAY ACTION THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND HE RETURNED WITH NOTHING BUT LAUGHS... LOL. JUST TO PROVE TO YOU PEOPLE THAT WERE RAGGING TONY, THE JERKITS DO WORK...NICE TO MEET YOU AS WELL RICH!... ALL IN ALL I AM BEAT...I HIT IT HARD TODAY.... SEE YOU GUYS ON THE PROWL...

They have a range out at that lake and i don't think thay stalk those big boys in the goon Sarl/Corona and Irvine stalk big ones.

Congrats on making it out here, and on the DD lunkers. Looks like you haven't lost your touch fishing them Jerkits. I stayed nice and dry watching the Laker game, but I know when you got to go you go, hope to see out there next time.

I guess thats what happens when they raise them to 20 pounds in comcrete ponds with other fish nippining at them...Still bigger trout then I have ever caught..soooo good deal!

Great Job Mike....Way to represent the Pirate crew. Talked to paDDy today and him and Farmy are still alive and loving the ride to Cabo. I'm hoping that paDDy gives me an invite to FNF this season but if he doesn't .....I expect one from YOU!
Congrats on the Frankenfish bro......BB Frank used to put those big trout in his smoker. That is a great way to fix up those big boyz!

Nice catch! You always know the right spots to find the fish. Too bad I was in vegas that weekend. Went to margaritaville though, they have some bomb drinks. Thanks for the hot spot in vegas. LoL
