WHATSSS UPPPPP! i havent posted in a longgggg time. Been busy with school and snowboarding heehee. Hit up LNL last saturday with Ryguy. Saw lots of people hookin up on slow sinking flies during the heat of the day. but anyway we owned.

those are some nice fish!
The paper reported their last stock was January 26th for the season. That is awfully early to shut down for the season. I wonder if anyone knows if it is true or if their website stocking schedule is still valid.
Anyways nice fish...they stocked some really nice ones this year.

Anyways nice fish...they stocked some really nice ones this year.

It was stated in the OC Register in their outdoor fishing reports. Fishing reports are given every Friday. I think you can get to it on-line.

The best info is the Laguna Niguel Lake website. I've seen some cool reports from the lake this year but everyone is keeping the info to themselves. Never had any trouble catching fish there but some new guys can learn a few tricks ya know. Great size fish you caught. Way to go. Those fish being planted this year are keeping that lake busy.

Thanks Rot8, I appreciate the response. I think it would be safe to rely on the lake website regardless. Wouldn't be the first time I saw the OC reg mess something up in that section.

I believe WON reported the same thing this week. There's bad blood between WON and LNL (rightfully so, and I'm very much on LNL's side,) but not sure if it would spawn that report. When I listened to 'Niguel's telephone message, it said "..the last stocking was January 26th." While grammatically correct to assume that January 26th was the final stocking, it is also grammatically correct to assume that it was the latest.
Let's hope that it was the latter and that we can enjoy three or four more months of fishing our little gem.
