FisherBrat and I got to the Vine around 1 am

We met GetDaNet and primo 55,

and followed them to Trout Island. I was the third vehicle there, so I had third choice as to as to where to set up. Naturally, I chose the most scenic and accessible part of the shoreline.

Garrett was very excited to be fishing again and couldn't wait to get a line wet.

GetDaNet was the first to get hit, and immediately challenged FisherBrat to a fish off.

FisherBrat and GetDaNet got some nice fish on plastics and powermouse combos.

FishBrat was most thrilled with his Brook Trout.

It was a rare treat to have plently of elbow room on a Saturday for Trout Island. We applaud Lake Security for promptly ejecting muddy shore fishermen who slid within the bouy lines.

They were there to promote the awesome Fusion Rod Holders. Rodger demonstrated the versatilty of the holders as a rescue device.

CRVZ left to get ready for the photoshoot; somehow word of her modeling gig must've been leaked.

We anticipated a little drama when Rooster came on land.

Disoriented with this type of fishing, Rooster mistook the lake for a water trap.

Giving Rob no respect, Maverick got particularly annoyed with him constantly shouting "fore" and voted to kick him off the island.

Had a lot of fun with you and Garrett, I never really knew you could ski in mud until Saturday!! Too funny about the spikes! I liked the read a lot.
Thank you for feeding LF and I (we all got to eat :ROFL:) Sandwiches were unreal.

Despite the bad weather conditions we had four shots of CRVS that will be used in print work. It is a good thing the weather was kind of off because I would have been swarmed by male wanna be papparazzi people!! I could sell more tickets to a photo shoot then the Vine will ever be able to sell at a Masters Qualifier.

Primo-- Thanks again for your support of the rodholders!

Rooster-- Glad your new boat did well and you did well fishing. It has just been crazy for LF and I with the rodholders recently. We will get out there soon though!

I had lots of fun fishing in the mud on trout with you guys yesterday. Garrett did a great job landing that beautiful brookie along with the rest of his limit. Fishing dirty style was fun.

Man! All you guys have awesome picks. I need to get my elementary table out and learn from the best. Oneleg, dirtygirl, troutdog and, maverick have some good stories..true stories. I have gotten my limits, but you guys seem to get them more often. Hope to see you all one day and share some tackle for tips:Smile:...Maybe I have fished next to one of you before.

I noticed the last pic in your report and that is a pretty wild looking cherry boot . [ Muddy Buddies ] Does it go along with matching dirty girl Gaiters ? did you capture those things at Catalina ? They actually look pretty cool all DIRTY , ha // db
