Our opener on the Icon got off Wednesday to a great start, with the Icon, skippered by the legendary Shawn Morgan, landing 2 legal Halibut and releasing 16 for their 21 anglers! They also landed some nice sand bass. Chong Kim landed both legal halibut today, with the largest weighing in at 5.8 lbs. He won our daily prize of a free pass and a AA Worms pro-pack! As of now, he is on top of the leaderboard.
Just an FYI guys, we have some great sponsors this year, including 544 Lures, Kencor Rods, AA Worms, Team 57/fishingnetwork.net, Berth 55 Seafood, Irvine Lake, and Pro Line Paints for our weekly prizes and final prizes!!
The boat is going tomorrow, departing at 9 am and returning at 5 pm. The cost is only $50, which does include all entry fees. Call the landing at 562 432 8993 for more info and to make reservations!!!
