Looks like from the drain at the east end of the middle lake to me.

Fish dog is right but had his east and west mixed up... it's the middle lake, west side, FACING east.. (by the rosemead drain)

Damn! You're right. I did get the east / west backwards. Use to hang out there all the time when I was a kid since I lived near there. Not bad though for not having been there in about 35 years.

The picture was taken from the west corner on the middle lake from the bridge that connects middle and south lake. The person who is looking would be facing east towards the little jetty. Correct? :)

How did the photographer take that picture without getting the camera wet? Looks like he'd be standing in about 6 feet of water that far off the shoreline.

I saw Jesús at Legg Lake once in the Spring.

He was directing the poachers to the bass beds.
