The cold front that is about to move through spurred the action just as predicted. Today was an absolutley perfect day to hit up the lake if you where able too. A storm front that is suppose to roll thru today and into tommrow defintly put the bigger fish on the feed as evident by the fish that will follow in this report.
Bud May of Hunigton Beach came out today and took advantage of the troll bite that has been going on. Bud trolled a Joes Flies off the West Shore when this 16.8 hawg of a Rainbow bit.

Greg Lyznicki of Laguna Niguel also took advantage of the troll bite. Greg was trolling a CD-05 in black and gold when this 8.10 Rainbow bit. Greg was trolling the Sanitago Flats when he made the catch.

Rick Redmon of Garden Grove stuck it out on the shore today and was rewarded with this chunky 5.14 Rainbow. Rick's fish fell for Garlic Powerbait fished from Trout Island.

Good luck to everyone on their next trip out. We hope to see everyone again real soon.
