Try photobucket it's easy.

The option I use is Photobucket...
Load Pics there, and then copy code to report.
Put the code on a line by itself!!!
I use 640X480 size
(you set size right below where you download, (drop box)..
[IMG]http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y213/92345NessieHunter/SnowHorse001.jpg
If you quote this post you can see the code for this pic... Otherwise the IMG code tries to make a picture (brackets at both ends)...
Photobucket has FREE accounts...
