Well so far I am a perfect .000 on the shore at Skinner. From a boat I'm probably batting around .750. I generally don't have a problem from a boat and I don't always catch them at the inlet either. :Bug Eyes: Anyways, got to the lake just before 6am and was about the 15th car in line. This was the first time I've been there that early without camping there so I don't know if there's usually that many cars are not, but it seemed like a long line. Once I got in I headed to Castaway's usual spot and drop shot everything I brought (worms, chovies, chicken livers, squid). Got one quick bite early but nada for the rest of the day. Moved around to a couple of places close by and called it quits at 11:30. Didn't see any action around me, but I'm sure some people were luckier than I was.
I think I might try again next weekend, but this time in a rental boat. Anyone want to go halves PM me.
