lakersmn,

Its been a month, but I had a decent spot bite fishing what is now the exposed drop off north wall of the main lake, just past the first major point from the main marina. Also, found a good recation bite on spots on the north shore line (main lake) accross from Las Tablas Arm entrance. The shore line is all pea gravel with small coves and points. I was also able to spoon up a few large mouths in the main lake channel. Actually, its Bee's Rock feeder creek, but it drops from 16' to 80' in a hurry. It was just a matter of locating the bait balls, and playing fishing video with the spoon and graph.

The spot size was on the small side, seems that you would go through 8-10 fish, before landing a 16"er. The large mouth was a nice 2 1/2 -3lb average. The day went by super fast, I sure was glad I was able to put something together! I saw no signs of any whites. None of the major arms had any water in the narrows. Hope this helps.

they are gona be pretty deep right now...I went out over a month ago and picked up a few shallow fish but most were still 10 ft deep or more even with the warmer weather then.
