Took myself a little trip out to the duct this evening, 1st spot at 3 30
2nd spot at 4
3rd spot at 4 30
And not even a follower
had been throwing jigs ,,lc 110s,,and rat traps
so i get to the 4th spot at a cpl minutes after 5 and make a cast with the trap,,, 1st cast i see 3 followers but they wouldn,t commit,,,,so i grab my jig rod,,,4in clear glitter zoom tube on a white 1/4 oz jig head and that did the trick:Wink:.
Caught a few in the next 30 min then headed home
Kept 1 for my buddy to make tacos with and released the rest.
these fish were running a little better then avg has been in this area lately
This pic dosn,t really do this stripe justice,,,he was around the 5 to 6 lb mark,,,,,o well,,,here it is anyway
