Great report as usual. Don't know what you mean about filing an intent to patent, but you do know you need to file an actual patent application within one year of public disclosure of you invention, right?

Thank you. Nice writeup on your last trip if I remember right. Used to subscribe to WON but not hunting or being a PBer .... a lot of the info was not really that applicable to my fishing. Nice folks run that operation.

Thanks for the kudos. Always happy to share ..... especially with guys such as yourself that also contribute.

The intent to file is (I'm thinking you are familiar) my $244 decelaration that I intend to file for patent pending status. Actually, there's the first year you get automatically and then ....one has the ability to extend that period by another and only another year by paying and applying for the extension. As application was made waaaay before publication, I figured I'd give someone a break on time and money.

30+ patents make for a good bit of experience and even a little $$$ ! :) Wish more people would put their ideas down and make themselves a little nest egg !!
