Got here at 7am and been on the troll for about 2 hours now and only got one strike and a miss so far. Only seen one caught on the shore. Stay tune!!

No sign of any stocker trucks around. I guess it's in the evening. Baiting and waiting at the bubble hole right now. It already 11am and still nothing. It's getting mighty hot right now and the sun is out in full effect. Just got to keep trying

Back on the troll and it's 1130. 5 min into the troll one of the rods went bendo and we finally got one. A nice size rainbow at about 4.5lb. Back at it again so stay tune as hunt down some tailwalkers :LOL:

Water clearity is not that great but better than the last time out. Give it another week or so for it to get back to normal. It's now 1220 and still trolling the area where we got the hook up. Got another strike and miss but that's about it so far. It's burning hot out here.

supposedly they are stocking today...a couple people on shore got hook up but not too many...the water is still very dirty and trolling is not the thing to do at SARL right now...we trolled for 6 hours and tried every color and every depth possible but no love....ended the day with only one...we did miss a couple but that was it for the day

Go to shore, La palma point is where I see people with almost limit stringers, you have to be about 100 feet to the right of the point if you're facing it on the water. Last couple of times different people were there and got them. Most catches today was from shore along la palma or levitz. Good luck if anyone goes out there.

the shore is the place to be...trolling is not the thing to do right now since the water is so dirty...
