Pleasant Valley- 1/2/09

After three days of snowboarding up in Mammoth a few of my friends and I decided to check out the action at pvr... luckily we slipped in a few hours before a storm system swepted through.

We only fished from around 1-3 pm but we managed a few fish each.. i caught a total of five, my friend andrew caught 3, and westin caught 2. All rainbows anywhere between 8-16 inches.

All in all, the fishing was fair but it didnt help that the winding started gusting southbound leaving our area the hardest hit.. Ill be back up in two weeks hopefully then ill get a shot at some of the alpers they put in up there.

I must have seen you on Friday because we were fishing PVR just down the road from the dam. Good fishing on inflated crawlers as well. Only one Brown in 2 days though. good fishin!
