Someone told me Dixon Lake only charges $25 for a boat rental!!! How do people like this lake? I heard they had the unofficial Largemouth Bass record for California.

It's a nice quiet little lake but, can get busy. Last time I went, the boat rentals were 25 bucks all day. All electric trolling motors. I enjoy it but, a little too far away for me. They have a nice bass area along most of the south shore and there was a WR bass but, she was found dead at the shore. There is big bass in there but, the locals only target the "put and take" of trout and catfish.
