I rented Pineapple Express

On DVD last night. I was wondering your thoughts are about that movie? I think if I was 19 years old 25 years ago this would be more funny .

The movie was....well, it had like 2 funny parts. And even those parts weren't that funny.

There's plenty of movies in that 'genre' type that are funnier.

Up in Smoke, comes to mind.

i thought the movie was funny lol i rented it monday night.. the movie had its funny parts..but was there even a plot to the movie? idk if i was a lil to buzzed to pay attention to the plot but i didnt see one lol... overall i thought it was a good movie... but movies like semi pro and others like that had me laughing

I haven't seen Pineapple Express yet, heard it was funny. Something Matt D said though made feel the need to share. What's up wth Will Ferrell's movies lately? Semi-Pro, and Step Brothers were both a little dissapointing to me. Will's next movie due out, while I was a fan of the tv show when I was younger is "Land of the Lost" he better redeem himself in this one. If you haven't seen Stranger than Fiction rent it. Then again I am a sucker for movies with narration.

i though step brothers was his best movie! that movie was so funny! i like when they were going to sleep and will says " oh ya well you better not fall asleep cause when you close your eyes im gonna punch you in the face!" ahhaha

semi pro was funny as hell. havent seen step bros.

all of will ferrell's movies are funny.

Yeah my opinion i saw in theatre and my thought was it was aight...yup just aight....typical stoner movie...but The pinapple express story is pretty close to me...great dissclosore of the underground growroom...or grow factory....but it was a good movie...

pineapple express sucked, and so did tropic thunder. i was told they were both funny, now all i want is the 4 hours of life back that i wasted watching them. total garbage IMO.
