Klocked and Son with me in NPH

Well we finally were blessed with some nice conditions to finally make a long planned trip in NPH. We first talked in August but with school, work, and weather our schedules did not align until today.

We met up at the harbor at 0700 and were on the water in no time. I wanted to start at one of my spots that normally produce on the higher tides. Water was cold but remarkably clear considering the recent rains but the best thing was no wind!!!!

John started of the action with a nice spottie while Jr continued to work his Swimbait.

Although it was my intention to get the lil guy on some fish today it did not happen so I owe him a return trip!!!! Way to hang in there in some new and difficult conditions of winter fishing.

Great fun today guys!!!! We will do it again!!!! Thanks for your patients on getting out together!!

It was very interesting to finally be able to see all the different areas of the harbor.

We had a great time!!

All right guys, glad to see you guys had some nice conditions to fish in finally! For those that dont know these three boys tried this last week in the rain and wind and cold, like most true fishermen, they stuck it out as long as they could but the conditions that day were not going to improve.

John nice to see you got a couple spotties, they are a blast!

The Lil guy will get his, more than likely it will show you and Steve up!

Steve, way to go taking care of friends and fellow FNNer's. I know you too well so I am just gonna say it now, dont beat yourself up too bad for not accomplishing your goal of getting the the lil guy on a fish!

Good job guys on getting out and catching some fish!

PS. John we will get you on the rail of "Hesbros" pulling nets after the 1st if you can make
it!
