La Habra wins Back to Back CIF Championship

My son plays on the La Habra High School Varsity football team and they beat Tustin 26 - 14 at Anaheim Stadium Saturday night to win their 2nd consecutive CIF Championship.

I was there also. Tustin was a big team, but La Habra choped them down like a Big Redwood Tree. My son was on both, 2003 and 2004 championship teams.Great program.

Yeah, those kids on Tustin were HUGE. It looked like they got tired in the 2nd half and we were able to force that fumble. Great game and hopefully we can do it again next year. My son is a sophomore so hopefully he can get a couple more rings.
