I went fresh water fishing in my kayak and i drifted ALOT so much that i could barely cast for 1 minute without having to re paddle to reposition myself, i tried bait and waiting with power bait and FORGET ABOUT it, the carolina rig kept getting hung up because i was drifting so much, anyone else have this problem??

You can solve the problem with a drift chute or anchoring up before fishing.

Oh, yeah. Biggest problem with my kayak. Just buy some cheap rope from walmart and tie it to a five pound weight. With only one anchor, you will be twisting aroung your anchor, but with two, you won't.
Or get a drift chute, but that won't completely stop you from drifting.
BTW what kind of kayak do you have?

I'm gonna give the drift-chute a try next, I like to anchor up for bait fishing but for draggin a carolina rig a draggin Gigs around I think this will suit may style of fishing best.
