These two are great for shrimp.

Firecracker Shrimp
Ingredients
2 lbs large raw shrimp
2 tablespoons olive oil

Dry spice mixture
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried chili pepper flake
1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

1 Shell the shrimp, leaving tail shells on.
2 Skewer six shrimp on each of eight metal skewers.
3 Brush with olive oil.
4 To make the dry spice mixture: Combine ingredients and sprinkle over the shrimp on both sides.
5 Cook on a hot barbecue grill for 4 minutes each side or until shrimp are pink and tender.



Shrimp Taco's
Ingredients
3 tablespoons black peppercorns
3 quarts water
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 limes, quartered
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced seeded jalapeno pepper
12 6-inch corn tortillas
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Directions
1 Place the peppercorns on a double layer of cheesecloth.
2 Gather edges of cheesecloth together, and tie securely.
3 Combine cheesecloth bag, water, salt, red pepper, and lime quarters in a Dutch oven.
4 Bring to a boil, cook 2 minutes.
5 Add Shrimp, cook 2 minutes or until done.
6 Drain.
7 Discard cheesecloth bag and lime quarters.
8 Combine shrimp, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeno pepper, tossing well to coat.
9 Heat tortillas
10 Spoon 1/3 cup shrimp mixture into each tortilla

Top each taco with what you would like and enjoy!

Buffalo Shrimp
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined (31/40 count)
2 cups golden dipt all purpose batter frying mix
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 lb butter
2 cups Frank's red hot sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 egg
1/3 cup water

Directions
1 Mix all dry ingredients.
2 Prepare egg wash, by beating together egg and water.
3 Melt butter, mix with hot sauce and vinegar.
4 Dip shrimp in egg wash then coat with breading.
5 Fry in deep fryer (350°F).
6 Place in container with hot sauce and turn to coat.
7 Serve with celery and blue cheese.
