Lb 10/26

[HESBROS]

The bro and I and his G/F (Ann) launched Sat night for a night of hooping Sat night and fishing Sunday. My wife Becky was going to meet us in the A.M. to fish with us.
We launched South Shores about 2130 and were hooping by 2200. Was not long till the dense fog that was predicted arrived. We were in a safe spot so we just stayed put all night until the morning came a vis got better. At times it was down to less than a 1/4 mile.

Morning came and the fog was thick. We finally made our way in about 0830 to pick up Becky. We tried a few spots in the Harbor for bass, but it was slow. After that we went outside and trolled around for bones. We had one hook up on the Rap we were trolling but I think it was a small Thresher not a bone and it came unbutoned. We never found the bones so we went to drift for Hali's.

Ann got a 20 in. Short on the 1st drift.

As usual, Becky outfished me, but thats ok, I taught her! LOL!

Thanks for another report and glad to see you all found some nice fish for this report.

I am glad I had to work on Saturday night and not have to go through the experience in the fog with you all. Hearing all the mysterious sounds would have made a long night hugging that wall at the location hoping no one ran into you.
