Anyone have a really good recipe?

I am also trying to determine whether it is best to put the spices in the breading or the flour?

Thx all,

Japo :Envious:

I swear I answered this one before, I could be :EyePop:crazy:EyePop: though.

I would put the spice in both. If that seems like to much I would use the flour for my spice delivery system. The reason is because less will be lost to the cooking process.

I would use some old bay, and cayenne for some hot stuff(That's the was I like'em)

For those who don't like to to hot I would use some dry parsley, maybe some italian seasoned breadcumbs, maybe pepper. Though, I would salt and pepper them after the cooking. The pepper can burn and salt can over power anything.

I hope that helps.

Old Bay is a great seasoning for fish, Seafood, etc. You could either put it in the flower or the breadcrums.

I never liked Calamari growing up . I thought of it as bait.:Wink: Love the stuff now. Not crazy for the tentacles.
