Southern Cal 10/11 AM Trip

Took a group of business associates out today for a day of saltwater fishing for their first time. The roughest outdoor outing for them before this day was Golf courses. I had a long day ahead of me but welcomed the challenge. :Cool:
Cold front came in late last night. Greeted the next morning with bone chilling weather. Didn't expect a good trip, but our luck changed for the better. First several stops produced Bonitos for everyone. Caught all mine on the LC 130, very very fast. Later during the day fish were being caught deeper on Irons and Braid jigs. Great day of fishing..Don't have to go to Catalina for Bonito. Go get'm! :Big Grin:

Thanks for the local 'good fishing' confirmation. Earlier on, if there were Bonito in the count, chances are the boat went to Catalina but for the last week .... we've been getting lots of 'em locally !!

Glad things went well. Good trips often means people are will consider going again !!
