Ninja Fishing Haiwee

So does anyone still do this??? I haven't fished Haiwee since they closed it to "prevent Terrorists from polluting the LA water supply." Some of the nicest smallies I have ever caught came out of the upper lake.

Also, is anyone still fishing the bass ponds up there, or has the grass just choked them to death???

I'm planning a trip for the end of the month, and would love some people to camp with and go after the bass.

bro, best of luck, but posting up prior to a mission is not very Ninja of you. keep it low and post up a report titled "pond X".

all roads closed or you have to walk a mile to haiwee, only road open is on southend of haiwee where the staff lives...I caught some killer trout there when it was open.

People still do fish it, but it's not worth the risk of getting caught. That would become a federal issue if you were caught. no thanks
