9 Hours and Counting!

Good Morning:

9 Hours and counting until My Son and I head from the O.C. upto Owens River! I/We can't wait. Any last minute updates anybody can provide would be greatly appreciated.

We will fish the Owens River from Benton Crossing south, Convict Lake and on Saturday we will head up to "The Loop" for some time on Parker Lake!

Sunday we will try Weir Pond for the first time! Any last minute ideas or recomendations?

Yeah, have a great time! This is a good time to go up there for a father/son trip. Crowds are gone and cooler weather will be a positive for fishing.

Last minute tips? Bug spray maybe.... bring up more lures than you think you'll use so you don't have to buy anything up there...don't speed from Red Monntain to Bishop ..and eat at Jack's. They have awesome food
