lone pine / bishop

hey yall,
goin up to lone pine to stay in my family's cabin. we usually just fish lone pine creek, and sometimes head up to sabrina for the day. we want to do a little more exploring this trip and want to see all that this beautiful area has to offer...any suggestions?...we were thinking maybe fishing the owens, or bishop creek?!....please help, want this to be a great trip....any tips, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!! thanks!

Well, since you're not looking for anything in particular, and you haven't really said how much of hiking you're willing to do.. I could only say read up on the reports from the last few months posted below your post and see what sounds good to you
