Question about Season changing ?

Been out fishing the jetty the last couple of days with my husband but havevnt had the best of luck.:( took a lil break as we had family down and a few weeks ago we were catching fish like crazy and this week we got a big woppin' two fish a day. Does the season changes have anything to do with the fishing or are we just not havin any luck LOL:) still new to the salt water fishing so wasnt sure any help:)

A lot of factors come into play when fishing in the salt. Currents, seasonal fish migration patterns, tides, water temperature, water clarity, moon phase, baitfish migrations, boat traffic, wind, etc...

The lack of fish might have been a combination of the above mentioned factors.
