What do I need to get to re-do the top layer inside of my boat? Thanks!

Roll on a bedliner material like Herculiner.
Or have the inside shot with Rhino Liner.
Non slip material - Looks cool
Impervious to fuel and liquids
Waterproof - just wash the boat down after killing fish...

Before you do anything to it you need to clean it with a good fibreglass solvent and then apply whatever finish works.
