The Ultra opened a last minute overnight trip on Friday, August 28th. We left on Thurs, the 27th, around 9:00pm to head offshore. 9 passengers and 3 crew. Friday am, found ourselves, somewhere near the 43? and work our way up north. We picked at them all day, with quite a variety of fish. Dorado, Blue fin, Yellow fin and Albacore, to 35 lbs. I was lucky enough to win the jackpot today, with a Nice Albacore. My total, 2 albies over 30lbs, and one Dodo about 12 lbs. Good stuff! Capt Brian B., worked hard to find us fish and avoid the PB'rs. Sean and Mark were top knotch. Another great trip on the Ultra.
