so i finally got a boat it needs some work but its a boat
any suggestions on how i can fix the clear coat its pealing off?

what type of boat? feet? OB HP? and how much thrust is that trolling motor?...c'mon now, dont be greedy with the info....after a bath, that thing is gonna look nice...

sorry im still exited haha its a 17ft glasstron with a 140 merc im not sure what the trolling motor is he gave me 2 of them so i will have to look at them, it needs work on the floor board but i think i got it takin care of

im just going to do what jimmy did to his boat and do what they do on the saltwater boats with the sand and epoxy paint stuff instead of carpet for easy clean up

That is Clear coat to protect the paint the best thing to do is to try to get all the rest of it off by water sanding it with fine sand paper and add wax after to protect what’s left of the paint don’t get your hops up too hi its an old boat.

thanx any advice is helpful, thats what i was planning on doing, maybe sand it down and get a automotive clear coat or something i can spray on
