want to get in on some sandbass which landing do you guys suggest? i usually go out on the monte carlo but their fish counts have been bad lately. i want to go out on the spitfire but their website says they only do fri-sun.

Newport, Davey's or the Long Beach Landings would be my best guess, they seem to be consistently getting the sand bass.

Yea, I'd go to Long Beach.
Southern Cal at Pier Point.

Normally Long Beach Sport Fishing has the Icon which is great for twilight runs...sometimes they use the Native Sun. You cant go wrong with either of these boats.
Also the So Cal out of Peirpoint (LB) is a great twilight ride

The Dolphin out of Mission Bay Sportfishing ( formally Islandia) runs Friday-Sunday out to the La Jolla or Point Loma kelp beds. Come on!! Get on the freeway and make a little drive instead of hanging out in LA
