Hi, I'm headed out to Catalina Saturday. I heard there's no more squid. Does anyone know who is selling live bait at Catalina this weekend? I'll take sardines if I have to. Thanks so much for your help.

Try Long Beach Bait Co. Their bait boat Carnage has usually been hanging around Catalina for the squid and they usually have fin bait too. Give them a call (562) 714-8103 or usually Channel 11 on the radio is what the bait boat's are usually on. Good Luck.

Hit up the boats on channel 11. Sometimes they are sleeping if you don't get a response. Also check around back and hit the squid boats up they might have some if you get there early.
