I have heard from 2 guys that the Orion charges $15 dollars PER fish to fillet. Is this fact or fiction???

wow no wonder the charter trip is cheap. I wouldnt pay more than $5 per fish.

I'm sure you're referring to my charter here. The reason the trip is at a low cost is because Bryan is a personal friend of mine and gives me huge discounts when I want to charter his boat. That is why it's so affordable.
As to the fish cleaning $2-$5 per fish. Just like every other sporty out there.
