How do you get there? I camped at PVR campgrounds 2 weeks ago and fished the Owns but couldn't find PVR

Nope..I'm serious..Sounds like a dumb question but I know I was close. The camp site is behind a burm I would assume that's PVR. I saw a paved road curling around it and an dirt road heading straight up towards it..maybe I didn't go far enough..sorry for the dumb a question...
