Saweeeet ! A toad for sho' great job in aiding the kid to a fish of a lifetime....hopefully it's 1st of many....

Interesting growth pattern on the head, It's very streamlined and narrow, seems like a young fish which would indicate.....'THERES EVEN BIGGER OLDER ONES THERE !" and they are growin quickly wherever he caught it at..

Huge congrats....

Mike, that Lineside is so sweet. Hats off to you for passing your knowledge on, helping bring more folks into our sport, and applauding their success. THAT is what fishing is all about. You, and Reno, should both be very proud. :High Five:

Keep on wondering  Usually when reports don't include any of the above information, they don't want you to know. Not that that's a bad thing or anything. Just makes it funner and last longer while you work on finding out.

If every Tom, Dick and Harry gave out their hottest spots, baits and producing times.. fishing wouldn't be any fun and it would be called catching!

Half of the fun sometimes is the hunt, and learning how to catch such fish on your own. Once you've learned it and figured it out, you've done it. It'll never have that same appeal again as it did before your accomplishment.

BTW, nice Fish to the Surf Master Kichigai and his Apprentice.
Would have loved to have seen the ones that got away!

Hate to break it to you bud but that fish is actually not 23-25lb. You have to be very careful not to weigh it on a bathroom scale.
But it still is a hell of a nice catch.
Congrats!

Completely correct! Especially when the guy that posted this up wasn't even the guy that caught the fish. :Rolls Eyes:
Congratulations "RENO" on a very nice fish!
