check craigslist,...i been looking for a trolling motor for a while for my boat and i came up on one yesterday, some guys had just posted it up and no less than an hour i was the 1st to see it and came up with it. Foot Pedal MotorGuide BRUTE 74lbs Thrust with 45'shaft for 199.00 :0) But i see some hand controlled ones on there, they are easier to find. Good Luck.

i have a 40lb trust i bought slightly used from a friend of mine to put on mine toon but never made a bracket for it. just been using fins and its fine. so if you want to talk about it mess. me.

Walmart 100.00 get you a new 34Lb trust tiller. Good price, new, and plenty of power.

BPS carries the Minn Kota trolling motor. It has 30lbs of thrust and has a virtually unbreakable shaft. It costs $110 with a 3 year warranty plan.
