howzit,
was able to make it out for a couple hours today -7.26.- so i made the best of it even though the tides werent in my favor. got to the water around 1p.m. and fished untill around 3:30, decided to only bring a few swimbaits and two lead heads isolating my options. i didnt connect to anything monster but landed fish nonetheless. heres some pics.
my first hit about three feet from waters edge ran straight out, but was no match

this one faught the hardest, i had a high vantage point so i got to see the majority of the fight, ran drag a few times, fiesty little dude or dudet'

kept throwing the same bait, i like them a little chewed on, continued with casting, letting
it fall to the bottom, slow retreive while popping up here and there.

my last landed was a dink, but he still faught,

ended up farming a few, had some nice hits that i missed, but the weather was great, sun shining, and fish biting. not a great report but sharing whats happening here in south san diego, and throwin' up the T57 crew colors.
all fish sent back no worse for ware, except one that was a punk and jumped hook a little early bashing into some rocks on his way back, it happens. good luck to you all, ciao'
