Beach Closed at portions of Venice Beach and Dockweiler Beach. This Beach Closure extends from Ballona Creek to 1/4 Mile North and South of the creek, and is a result of a sewage discharge - 5,000 gallons raw sewage. This closure could carry over until after the holiday.

With the traffic, smog, crime and world's most toxic beaches, among other things, is there any doubt that Los Angeles is a giant cesspool?

hmmm....glass half full or half empty kinda guy?

lemme take a guess...lol... :D

Yes, it is overcrowded, yes there is traffic, smog...if you don't like it then move. I am not trying to get on a soap box, but I guess I am sick of people complaining about how bad things are. We all have choices, make those that make you happy...happiness is where your peace will be...now I think I will go feed the homeless and help some elderly people across those trafficky streets you mentioned.

ish...
