Yeah that's how I roll  - I fish spots that most people wouldn't dream of fishing lures at but the results will show the reasoning-

Santa Monica wiggles on the bottom / mini Malibu wiggles on the top

looks like five successful trips to me!

thanks for sharing the pics...especially the one with the WSB off the surf...makes me more determined than ever now to land a legal one soon.

did you intentionally used the LCFM to target barracudas? lol

Mike.

Nice compilation of 5 trips. Nice to see a post from ya!!!!!! It's been awhile.
Nice variety you got there.
We all have our own tactics and reasons for our for doing it. Others need to pay attention and learn from the little things that will help them catch!!!!!!!

Great job out there!!!!!!!!!!

I see us getting together in the near future on the water soon!!!!!!

I intentionally tried to get both the barracuda and bass with the LC - all I do is just fling it of the back into the chum line and it's a GUAranteed Barracuda killer -but 1st change to thicker hooks or it will be a 1 time thing,.
Surprisingly while fishing the horshoe kelp it was all you wanted on the 10"-12" bass even if i was using a 6" -8" anchovy as soon as switched to the LC it was legals -go figure ; )

and Arthur nothing like that nice #20lb striper Congrats !

Nice trip and nice fish. I just hope you didnt keep the fish from Santa Monica. Sewage dumpage there is horrible specially inshore. I work in that area and i know what gets dumped. But any way, nice catch!! Thanks for sharing.
