whats up people... my name is rich.. I have tried to find a spot to fish between malibu and topanga beach area.. I tried to fish this area 2 times for nothing.. I have tried to fish with LC's and Krocodile with no luck... I have noticed that there is a lot of Salad in the water.... Is it better to fish on High Tide or Low Tide? Any Suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
