Does anyone know if GRAFTECH have an official web site? I read somewhere that they have a 5 year warranty (is that true?) If so, can I take it to Turner's and show 'em the snapped rod w/o a receipt.
Graftech, don't think so. I'd at least take the rod to Turner's to see if they'll do an OTC replacement. If that doesn't work, try contacting Rick Ozaki via West Coast Marketing & Distributing in Gardena, CA. Rick is either the owner or the main distributor of or is very well-connected to Graftech rods. He's also an Avet rep.
