Sausage pie

4 1/2 cups of thawd hash browns, or home made hash browns.
1/3 cup of butter melted
1 1/2 teaspoon of instant beef bouillon or 1/4 of a bouillon cube
1 pound breakfast sausage with no casing.
1/3 cup of chopped onion
3 beaten eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup chedder cheese
6 slices of bacon or more if you like.

Preheat oven too 400'F

In a medium bowl combine potatoes, melted butter, & bouillon. Mix well. Place in a lightly greased pie pan.
Press the potatoes down and gently up the sides to form the crust. Bake for 25-30 minuts or untill the shell is golden brown
and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool.

Reduce oven heat to 350'F
Cook bacon untill crisp, crumble it.
In a large skillet cook sausage and onions break sausage up to look like ground meat.
Pour off fat. Stir in eggs, cottage cheese, chedder chees. Allow cheese to melt. Add some of the bacon if you like.
Pour in to the hash brown pie shell. Place the rest of the bacon on top. Cook at 350'f for 30-35 minuts or untill filling has set.
Let stand for 5 minuts then serve. Refrigerate left overs.
