I headed out to Mammoth thursday night for a 3 day weekend packed with great fishing and my girlfriend's first fishing trip.
We started out hiking duck pass above lake Mary it was an exhausting hike and we went to three lakes, Arrowhead, Skelton and Barney total time 6 hours we caught fish in each lake on power worms and Pather martins

Well looks like you two had a great time. My family and I were at George the same time you were, but had no luck. Great fish for the G/F.

Beautiful pics and great report! I really miss living up there!! I am not surprised you were successful with panther martins. I experimented with them. Various colors and even added different scents. The trout loved em! I am very surprised that you caught 30 fish at Convict. I spent 7 hrs there once and only caught one big rainbow. That is great! Not all the tourists have fished the place out yet! The sierras is my fav place to fish in Cali! Nice!
