BCSB good hali day

Decided that I had to make up for my poor performance up in Santa Barbara, so Howling Mad Murdock and I headed out to Bolsa Chica this morning. The day started slowly but picked up well later on. I ended up with 4 shorts and 3 legals (22, 22.5, and 23 inches). Murdock caught 2 shorts and called it a day a few hours earlier than I. Here are the pics of the 22.5 and 23 inch butts.

sweet!...nice catch! cant get better than 3legals...... if releasing, i wouldnt reccomend using those nets, it damages the hali's tail :0/

I did release them all. I didn't realize that this type of net would do that. I wanted to get a better net anyway, so now I have an excuse.

Nice halis man. I was about to do the long drive to santa barbara but im thinking bolsa chica is looking mighty good these days. Everybody has been killin it there. Thanks for the report.
