Nice Bass. Can't say that i've caught one that big. But there not really my target species for saltwater.Sweet bass though
I 've also caught an 8 pound sand bass that was weighted on my friend 's cheap spring scale. He said it probadly weights a little more.
That sandbass meant more to me than any 30 pound yellowtails that I caught. You could have took a better picture of that fish, showing more of a broad side shot. An eight pound sandbass is pretty big.

My PB calico so far. About 6 pounds according to what the deckhands told me. Don't know for sure as it was released.

I was with paDDy it was a little over 8 and it swam off great to.Those are some nice pigs you got at MDR Reckless.
