I think they are talking about bolsa chica state beach. Its off of pch between sunset and huntington beach i think.

Indeed ... fish from the new jetty north . This time of year early morning
or evening is best to avoid the screaming kids and surfers.

I usually fish around lifeguard station #19.

There is plenty of parking , plus great bbq pits
