ZBA,Fishindude420 and klocked ripped bcsb a new one today!!!

so me and fishindude420 and my gf went to bcsb today got there about 6:30 and started fishing it up it was slow up until 9am then the fish started rolling in like jelly. hooking fish left and right!!..first fish was fishindude420s first BSP from surf and it was on a FLUKE! that bsp was a hawg for his first but thats how he is always catching the hawgs...and then from there on it was pretty much on fire..then klocked shows up nice fishing with you man always good to see you ..so we all fish together fishindude420 myself and klocked hooking up like no other..then i look over my shoulder and see klocked rod bent to the back bone!! he got a nice way over legal!! again!! 2 days in a row WTG man and it was on the LC nice going klocked!!got some fighting pics of his catch..then it slowed down a bit so decided to take off and go to a newport public dock and we ended the day with some nice spotties and sandies..Well till next Zombie slay this is ZBA way too tired to type anymore !! :LOL:

Ok, yeah we worked em good but, it seemed like ZBA and FD420 were giving me a school session that would last until.... at least tomorrow lol.
Every time I looked over at ZBA, he was setting the hook, over and over and over with the dropshot BassTrix.

Meanwhile, I packed light with only 2 lc's in my arsenal and that wasn't working for what seemed like forever. I finally get bit real close, and I see my line move 30 feet from left to right in a matter of seconds. Then slack... reel in to find no LC attached. It wasn't a halibut I do know that. ZBA thinks it was a WSB, but I know it was a m'fin !#$!#$#. 3 lc's gone, 2 left to lose.

After that, and still getting schooled by 2 members of Team ZB, I decide to move down 20 feet, cast out about 4-5 times and bam! Big fish on!!

This fish came in with 2 battle scars, a broken hook in his lower jaw and a hook with snapped leader underneath near his tail(snagged). I almost felt bad for him and thought about letting him go.... almost:Envious:

thanks man we couldnt keep count of how many halis we hooked i knew it was way over 60 between us..and i lost some toads on dropshot no small drop shot though nothing under 4in...i try to stray away from the super shorty halis..

Yeah dude I broke off my legal last time on 6lb test. I had him in my hand and he gave another wiggle and there he went :LOL:
It's a pain to land them on those rocks with light line and no net. Fun fighting them forever though

I'll also add that ZBA and FD420 did an excellent job of releasing all of their fish. They cpr'd with great care.

Not like some of the nonsense I've seen with other people where they hook up then slap the fish on the rocks a few times and then let them slide all over a dry rock while they try to get the fish unhooked.
