After lots of talking about it me and chuckemback finally hit the harbor for some tubing. It was father's day so I knew there would be lots of trafffic and the fishing might be off but hopefully if we got in any trouble with maruading sea lions or sharks or rays or any other number of things that could go wrong someone would help us. Everything was fine I even caught some fish including a nice sargo which was the only picture of a fish I got since the wifey was off with the camera.She did get to throw the croc around a bit. She even almost caught a bike rider on the pch bridge.
In the end I caught 1 spotty on a drop shotted robo worm silver and white pattern
1 sargo on chrome croc
1 short hali on chrome croc
1 short hali on drp shotted robo worm silver and white pattern
and chuckemback smelled like skunk and the squid he used for bait
here's some pics
the reason we tubed is the boat and engine are being serviced with tune up, removal of old paint, re silicone, removed some unwanted and space wasting crap on deck, and hopefully installation of bait tank and maybe some more paint.

Looks like a fun day, probably more fun if your wifey snagged that biker. :Twisted: There are some nice Bass hanging around that structure that you were fishing. ;) Well done Chris. :cool:

Seems like we fish a bunch of the same areas. ('Wood, beach, sierras etc) We'll have to hook up and do some catchin' soon! :Thumbs Up:

Thats cool that your wife likes to fish! That isn't easy to find!

YO CHRIS,
WHERE DID YOU PARK TO FISH THAT BRIDGE. WE WERE GONNA PARK NEXT TO THE FLOATING FISH MARKET AND KAYAK RENTALS, BUT SAW A SIGN THAT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT NEEDING A PERMIT. SO INSTEAD WE PARKED ACROSS THE STREET BY MAMA GINAS AND JUMPED OVER THE FENCE!
MY FIRST SARGO CAUGHT ON A 3' BIG HAMMER IN HALLOWEEN COLOR.
