Hey guys.
I went to bass pro and got a tube! Fishcat 4 FTW. I love this thing, i took it in the pool and it moves so easily. I am just wondering how you guys mounted your fishfinder transducers, i was looking at like like, hrmm how am i going to do this. I have a PiranhaMAX 210, it has a suction cup on the bottom, but it wont stick.
How should i do it?!

socal bassman has a sweet set-up for the fishfinder...if the suction cup can come off the transducer you should be able to set it up like socal's set-up...maybe shoot him a p.m. or he'll answer the thread...

Congrats on the new tube! I'm assuming this is what your transducer looks like.

If so, it looks like the suction cup can be separated from the transducer by removing that one screw. Then, you can use a screw similar in size to the stock, only a little longer. It's hard to judge by the angle of the pic, but probably a 1"-1 1/4" screw screwed onto a "T" shaped PVC should hold it securely. Hope this helps.

Thanks Socal, Ill try that soon!
And for the transducer, does it have to be at any angle or just straight down?

The transducer should be just the way you see it in the pic above. It should be as close to parallel to the waterline as you can get it.
